To Kaili South Railway Station (high-speed line): the airport is in Huangping County, about 54 km from central Kaili. The cheapest is the airport bus (running 9:30-17:30), taking about 1.5 hours to the downtown near the station. A taxi is faster but costly at ¥200 or more. There is no free option.
